IMPORTANT: The employees of Insurance Company and Affiliate Members need to have a PLRB user profile to receive the Insurance Company or Affiliate Member rates. To create a PLRB user profile, visit the PLRB website or email, conference@plrb.org.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be granted after this deadline. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to conference@plrb.org. "Substitutions" may be accepted at the discretion of PLRB. "Substitution" means that a co-worker/co-employee of a registrant attends the entire event in place of the registrant. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the registrant to PLRB for consideration.

Photos and Videotaping
During PLRB programs and events, photos and video are taken for the benefit of PLRB. By attending, you consent to the taking of these images and the use of your likeness within the images for PLRB’s commercial use.
