Exhibitors and sponsors may use PLRB-provided attendee lists only for reasonable business purposes tied to the meeting. Lists may not be shared or sold to others. Third-party solicitation of PLRB exhibitors, or use of PLRB trademarks in connection with such lists, violates PLRB policy and violates US and EU law. Any such information in your possession must be destroyed, including all distributed copies. Anyone, including sponsors and exhibitors who purchase such lists, especially those falsely displaying the PLRB registered trademarks, can be banned from further participation in PLRB events.
