Adjuster Continuing Education Credit

Delaware Dept. of Insurance: 23 sessions have been approved for adjuster continuing education credit. Each approved session will count for 1.0 credit hour.

 

Florida Department of Financial Services: 23 sessions have been approved for adjuster continuing education credit (Adjuster Optional). Each session will count for 1.0 credit hour. Course ID is 138239, the Course Offering ID is 1238943.

 

Approved Sessions. You must attend a full day of approved sessions to get credit for the day. Partial credit is not available.

 

New Hampshire Insurance Department: 17 sessions have been approved for adjuster continuing education credit. Each 60-minute approved session will count for 1.0 credit hour and each 90-minute session will count for 1.5 credit hours.

 

Oklahoma Dept. of Insurance: 23 sessions have been approved for adjuster continuing education credit. Each approved session will count for 1.0 credit hour.

 

Texas Department of Insurance: 23 sessions have been approved adjuster continuing education credit. Each approved session will count for 1.0 credit hour.

 

Ethics Credit: DE, NH, OK and TX

The following sessions are approved for 1.0 of ethics credit in Delaware, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Texas:

  • Implicit Bias & Insurance Claim Handling: How to Recognize the Signs and What You Can Do About It 
  • Navigating Insurance Ethics - NH 1.5 hrs. 
  • The Ethics of Automation: Avoiding Bad Faith Claims in AN-Driven Claims Handling

 

Sessions Ineligible for CE Credit

One session is ineligible for credit:

  • Leading with Balance: Time Management, Burnout, and Ethical Claims Handling

 

Society of RPA: The Attendees can earn 13 hours of continuing education with the Society of RPA. RPA Attendance Record should be sent directly to the Society of RPA. No fees are payable to PLRB.

Illinois MCLE Credit for Attorneys

The Illinois MCLE Board approved the Western Regional Adjusters Conference for a total of 12.0 General MCLE credits.

 

Professionalism Credit
