BOOTH SET-UP
Saturday, April 10, 2027, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, April 11, 2027, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

BOOTH SET-UP DEADLINE
All exhibit booths must be fully installed and show-ready by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2027 (Opening Day of the Expo).
Exhibitors whose booths are not show-ready by the deadline will not be permitted to continue installation until after the Expo closes at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, and only with the express approval of Expo Management.

EXPO HOURS
Monday, April 12, 2027, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 13, 2027, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

BOOTH DISMANTLE
Tuesday, April 13, 2027, 3:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 14, 2027, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

EARLY BOOTH DISMANTLE
Exhibitors may not begin dismantling their booths before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2027 (Closing Day of the Expo). Early booth dismantling is disruptive to neighboring exhibitors, may create safety hazards, and may result in the loss of exhibiting privileges at future PLRB events.
