Do I need to wear my name badge?
Yes. Your name badge identifies you as a registered PLRB Claims Conference attendee and provides access to conference functions. If you lose your badge, please visit the Conference Registration/Information Desk for a replacement.
What is included with my conference registration?
Full Conference Registration includes access to educational sessions, CE opportunities, the Insurance Services Expo and conference networking events.
Expo-Only Registration includes access to the Insurance Services Expo and designated expo activities. Expo-only registration does not include access to educational sessions or CE opportunities.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual for all conference events.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Attendees can reserve their hotel room using the reservation link on the PLRB Conference website. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive their hotel reservation link in their booth and/or sponsorship purchase confirmation email.
When should I reserve my hotel room?
Hotel rooms are available at the PLRB conference rate until the applicable hotel reservation deadline or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
Can I book a room block for my company?
Exhibitors and sponsors needing 10 or more rooms at the official conference hotels must complete the applicable Sub-Block Housing Form:
